Sergei Vasilievich Rachmaninov (1873–1943): "Vocalise" Opus 34, No.14

In its original version Rachmaninov’s "Vocalise" Opus 34, No.14 is the last of a set of fourteen songs that Rachmaninov composed between 1910 and 1912 completed an orchestral setting in 1915. The melody is so beautiful that it’s been transcribed again and again of all of these I love the transcription for cello and piano best. Enjoy :-).
