Quotiescumque manducabitis panem hunc

Another setting of a Pauline text today,  this time Corinthians 11 1 26-27  Quotiescumque manducabitis panem hunc (For as often as you shall eat this bread) as it would have been sung in England under the Sarum rite’s usage at the high-point of the Mass. Enjoy :-).

Quotiescumque manducabitis panem hunc

26  Quotiescumque manducabitis panem hunc, et calicem bibetis, mortem Domini annuntiabitis,
donec veniat;
27  Itaque quicumque manducaverit panem vel biberit calicem Domini indigne, reus erit corporis
et sanguinis Domini.
Alleluia.

26  As often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you shall show the death of the Lord,
until he comes;
27  Therefore whoever eats the bread drink this cup of the Lord unworthily, shall be guilty of the body
and blood of the Lord.
Alleluia.
